Delivery and Despatch Time

All our garments are hand-made, and production is now taking up to 4 weeks. Orders are sent out when production is complete. If you need your order urgently we offer a quick production service called Priority Customization. This is a guaranteed 7 working day production service which is charged at an extra 30% of the original price of the item(s).

Delivery time is additional to production time and depends on your location and your local postal service. Goods are always sent by tracked and signed for postage. However if you need you goods urgently and you want us to send your items by courier, please select Express Shipping at the checkout.

Our products are shipped globally free of charge on orders over 100€. 

On orders under 100€ standard shipping fee is 10€ and it is added at the checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

EU Standard Shipping via Correos, La Poste, DHL, UPS, RoyalMail, etc: Within 5-7 business days.

EU Express Shipping via UPSEstimated 48h.

Rest Of The World Standard Shipping via National CourierWithin 10-12 business days.

Rest of the World Express Shipping via DHL: estimated 72 hours.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. We cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

How to Track Shipped Orders

SneakerMask will send you an email once your order has been shipped. Please keep in mind that orders can take from 4 to 6 weeks to process before they are shipped. Once the order is processed and dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the page of a courier to follow you order.

Sales Tax and Duties

Sales tax is included in the final purchase price. 

For all countries/regions, the import duty is not included in the listed online price. As a customer, you will be responsible for any import duties and/or taxes incurred by the destination country/region. For more details, please contact your local customs office/respective tax authority.
